In our latest Day-After Creative session, we took our bride and groom to an old warehouse as our backdrop. Our day-after sessions, (a.k.a trash-the-dress sessions) have the unique feel of something more artistic coupled with mystery and unspoken story lines. The day-after creative session is perfect for that couple who wants a distinct artistic feel with them dressed in their wedding attire. Day-After Creative Session: Quick PEEK! (Pisgah National Forest, Brevard, NC)

What is a Day-After Creative Session
Imagine you in a wedding dress (yes, we're assuming you're the woman in this scenario) and across the wind filled plains you see him; the man of your dreams. Tall, dark and handsome... yada, yada, yada (fill in romantic story here) :)

That's basically the creative session; a story within a story of your life, showcasing you in a wedding dress and him in a tux (and yes guys, we do prefer if you shower, since you're going to be doing quite a bit of hugging and snuggling on this shoot)

Wedding Day versus Day-After Creative Sessions
Your wedding day is beautiful and has a life of its own, but rarely does it allow for true relaxation, capturing you kissing your love just as the sun crests the mountain range or lays at the top of the sea. These moments I'm describing are usually only found in movies or….captured in one of our day-after sessions.

Inside this session you will experience an escape from normal life, hanging out with your love as we capture you in a customized artistic setting.

Our Signature Session: the "after-wedding" Creative Session
One of our favorite sessions (and most popular) are our after-wedding creative session.
This session is a special session similar to the trash the dress session offered throughout the nation. Our goal isn't to trash the dress, but rather give the bride another chance to get back in her dress, capturing photos that would have been hard to capture on the wedding day. Wedding day photos are meant to be beautiful and creative within the context of what the bride and groom has planned for their special day. In contrast, the after-wedding creative session is an art session designed to offer a more edgy set of images found in works of art, & magazines in a relaxed environment after the wedding day has passed and the bride isn't as concerned about getting the dress dirty.

Important Photographer's Note: In fact, (and I can't stress this enough) the more fun the couple has, and the less the bride worries about the dress, the more creative and unique type of images we can capture.
