beauty from the inside

I will try and remember today that beauty within enhances beauty without. And a thought, a smile, a note, or even a hug may go a long way in healing someone. I usually don't see how my actions ripple throughout the day affecting those who saw me, but that doesn't make it any less real. My thoughts lead me to action, and my actions are visible to those around me. This makes it all the more important for me to watch what thoughts grow inside me, for even if "by accident", I will affect someone for the positive or for the negative.
